We are proud to be an official Hyrox affiliated gym, committed to empowering athletes of all levels to achieve their fitness goals. This 60-minute class is meticulously designed to build a strong foundation and effectively prepare participants for Hyrox events or similar competitions.

The structure of each session will predominantly feature some running (injury/ability dependant), which may take place outdoors or on Assault Runners, depending on weather conditions. Emphasising variety and functional movement, participants can expect to engage in a range of exercises, including:

  • Rowing/Ski-Erg: Enhance your cardio endurance and improve overall fitness through dynamic rowing and ski exercises.

  • Walking Lunges: Develop lower body strength and stability while working on your balance and coordination.

  • Sled Push/Pull: Build power and muscular endurance with these functional movements that simulate real-world strength challenges.

  • Wall Balls: Improve your cardiovascular fitness and leg strength while engaging your core through this effective full-body exercise.

  • Farmer Carries: Focus on grip strength and core stability while incorporating walking into your regimen.

  • Burpees and Bodyweight Movements: Increase agility, coordination, and endurance with this high-intensity, full-body workout.

Designed to cater to individuals at various fitness levels, this class allows participants to progress at their own pace, fostering an inclusive and motivating environment.
