Our new 45-minute fitness class builds on the success of our traditional 30-minute eeVo bootcamp, offering an enhanced experience with an additional 15 minutes to incorporate extra strength training or skill development. Designed around functional fitness, this class provides a dynamic and varied workout that improves strength, mobility, and overall fitness. The extended duration allows for a more comprehensive approach, giving participants the opportunity to target different muscle groups and refine their technique, all while maintaining the high-energy, results-driven atmosphere our bootcamps are known for.
