Our classes are specially designed for all ages and fitness levels to give you a complete workout in under 30 mins (no matter your current fitness).

You will start with an instructor led warm up.

Then the instructor will go through the work out demoing each movement.

If the class is done in pairs etc then the instructor will choose the partners/groups ensuring you are with someone who is of a similar fitness level and will help make you feel at ease.

No matter as our classes are designed for any level/ability to share the workout alongside anyone from beginner to an elite exerciser.

Our classes are a mix of several different fitness regimes mainly following the functional fitness theme.

Every class is different and never the same meaning you can attend more than one class in a day and do a different workout.

We cater to you and your current level. This means if you are carrying an injury then we will adapt the class to suit you.

Our goal is to ensure you can always attend a class no matter the circumstances.

Classes run at a variety of times from 6am to 7:30pm with over 40 to choose from Monday to Sunday.

OUR COACHES HAVE THEIR OWN STORIES AND JOURNEYS. AS YOU GO THROUGH YOUR OWN THEY WILL SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES WITH YOU
