45mins teens bootcamp

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
eeVo Teens Bootcamp is similar to our adult classes but 15mins longer giving us time to work with the teens and develop their skills.
This extra time allows us to work on more sport specific movements along with olympic weightlifting movements and gymnastic strength movements.
Ideal for teens looking to improve their strength and conditioning in other sports or for those who haven’t found any sports they enjoy. Many have competed in fitness competitions (see pictures below) across the country representing eeVo.
Monday and Wednesday are 45 mins classes for teens only (5:15pm to 6pm). Friday is a 30 mins mixed teens/adults class at 4:45pm or 5:30pm allowing parents to train with their teenagers.
