ENDURE
THURSDAY 7PM
This is a 60 min class focussed on building a base and getting you ready for a Hyrox or similar style event.
There is a running focus predominantly on the Curved Assault Runner Elites, along with other movements like:
Rowing/Ski-Erg
Walking Lunges
Sled push/pull
Wall Balls
Farmer Carries
Burpees and other bodyweight movements
The class is for all levels and you will be working at your own fitness level.
You will also receive access to our weekly online programming to prepare for any events. This includes running intervals, strength specific work and hybrid exercises.
